| A concert and performance level violin by Christopher Vasquez, owner and president of Family Violins & String. In limited supply, Mr Vasquez personally completes 1-3 instruments per year.
This Violin has been appropriatly named "The Sparrow". The back and sides have been handcrafted from well seasoned Birdseye Maple, while the top has been crafted from well selected 50 year old seasoned spruce. This violin has been finished slightly antiqued and with a red-brown Italian oil varnish.
Fittings of ebony have pearl eyes. The inside of the violin back (seen through the ff holes) has been artistically inscribed by lightly burning the Old Hymn...His eye is on the Sparrow.
The violin has a sonorous tone, powerful on the G string and bright and clear on the E. The Sparrow comes with a certificate of authenticity, photos of the making process and personal set-up changes made if desired.
