The woods used in Arcos Brasil Pernambuco bows are naturally aged and dried to ensure proper form and minimal distortion once the bows are finished. Bows are expertly made using Nickel-silver fittings including fully lined frogs with Parisian eyes. Tip plates are of mastodon or bone. Windings are of sterling silver or imitation whalebone. Each bow comes with the specific bow-makers stamp.
